**Please Note: Options are approved based on availability. If an optional person is requested and are not available, the renter interested will be notified. Additionally, there are some rules if potential renters would like to bring in their own people. For pastors, Old Bethel's pastor must approve of another pastor working in Old Bethel UMC. An alternative pianist/organist is possible, but Old Bethel will need to be notified and approve beforehand. Alternative A/V techs are not possible in order to safekeep our technology. For weddings, Old Bethel's wedding planner must be included even if the renter has their own wedding planner. However, a lower rate will be supplied if Old Bethel's wedding planner is not the main wedding planner.
